All staff was very kind, always happy to help and answer questions. They were very kind to watch my luggage on my last day while I explored. They offered free beach towels with resort fee. My room originally didn’t have a safe and they worked fast to provide one to me. Very clean. There are food trucks on the same street so you don’t have to walk far for food if you don’t want to. I felt safe walking the area day or night. Quiet. As a solo traveler, I recommend this hotel.

The staff were the best but the hotel is in great need of refurbishment, lots of items that need attention in the 2 rooms i occupied for a total of 16 nights. Got moved after 4th day as several items were unfixable while occupied. But the staff were very concerned and did there best to make it a great stay in paradise

Over all we were happy with our stay. The area we thought that was a let down was parking. The first night we could not find a parking anywhere close. The places to park were a 15 minute drive. Only by chance after we searched around we were able to get a spot outside the property. The next day we were able to get one of the parking spots in the hotel. Then it was good. I wish that we were informed about the parking in advance so we could have booked a spot when we booked a room. that was the only issue.

entrance to the hotel was in an alleyway filled with broken down old food trucks and people loitering around everywhere, did not feel fully comfortable leaving or returning to the hotel at nighttime.

The night worker needs to be retaught how to do his job. When I told him about a problem, it was as if he had no idea of what I was talking about. He even said I don't know I just work here to me and another customer. There needs to be more parking available other than just on the street

Budget friendly hotel. Staff was super helpful but the facility is outdated and overdue for a remodel. However, if Ewa Beach Hotel was upgraded, it would be priced out of range due its excellent location! It’s walkable, near plenty of shopping, near the Honolulu Zoo, steps from world famous Waikiki Beach and many other hot spots.

The staff was very nice and helpful. It's great location for walking to places in Waikiki. Other than that, once you get up the elevator, in the hallways towards the room, you start to smell cigarettes. The smell was even worse in my individual room. My bathtub had some sort of brown stain that could have been rust but it still didn't look great. The place needs to be renovated and is aged with a dirty look. It is located on a street that is almost like an alley. There were sketchy people walking at night which was scary because I was by myself. Be careful around this property, especially at night.
