I didn’t really like having to leave my shoes at the front and use public slippers, the bathroom was useful but a bit cramped and the cooler/heater was hard to get the right temperature in the room. But I really liked the hot tub onsen and the staff were mostly friendly.

Actually its all good ecxept for the check in process. We arrived before 3pm then when the time to check in at 3pm there is a long line in the reception .We had to wait for 35 to 40 mins to received the keys . I think they need to add more staff on their check in process to have smooth check in ...
