Clean, very roomy, modern, quiet. Full kitchen including diswasher. Great central location with a great mexican food restaurant within walking distance. Best value in town too.

Wow! This place is fantastic! The small kitchen with a full size fridge was extremely helpful for our 2 kids. The included breakfast was FANTASTIC and our kids loved the pool. Highly recommend!!!

Very good location. You can find everything around it. Room was good size but bathroom was on the smaller size but good enough. They have 2 free EV car charger spots. Which is great. Staff were friendly. Swiming pool's depth is 5 feet max. Good for kids. Breakfast was okay but for the size of the hotel, there should be few stations. There is only one station, one waffle maker & even the breakfast seating area is small. You have to wait to find a table. Lines were very long to get food & line for waffle machine is crazy. Variety is ok, not so many. After all is good but not the breakfast.

Snow and Ice storm came in the day of our stay. We were coming from 3 and half hours away and we couldn’t make it because of the conditions were so bad. I was told no refunds unless I cancelled 7 days prior to our stay. Which I understand but this was a special occasion like a big snow storm. Not like we just decided we didn’t feel like going. I was told by the front desk that the snow storm was already in the forecast and if they sold the room they would give me a refund (probably a lie) otherwise they would charge me. I would understand even a partial refund would be better than nothing. This is not a cheap hotel being a holiday weekend. We were going to see the Ice Castles with my children and they were more than accommodating when it came to refunding our tickets or exchanging it to a different day and waving their exchange fee. We travel to North Conway every year and will never look to stay at this property again. Very disappointing

Nice, new building with big rooms. Family and dog friendly. Breakfast can benefit from more healthy options but it’s ok. The real problem is the building is in a retail plaza area with banal look and no landscaping. We got a room with a window blocked by neighboring building. For the price of $370/night for a room one can do far better.

We are frequent fliers, also skiing enjoying senior couple. Always stay at Hilton Home2 Suite, clean and nice people. We keep Hilton Honor membership. The location is great, good local and exotic restaurants and safe area. Way more reasonable priced hotel, great destination than Killington ski place.

Beautiful room, huge! We had a 2 queen bed room with almost a full kitchen. Super-clean. Bed very comfortable with silky sheets. A nice touch was coming back after a cold winter day to hot chocolate and cookies set up in the lobby. Staff was lovely and helpful.
