They will only send housekeeping upon request or after three days--given the pricepoint this could be made a bit more clear. Housekeeping still won't get around to cleaning until around 16.00 - 17.00. Staff in the bar/restaurant are friendly and helpful. Check in less so, they're somewhat disorganized ...
