The Space:
This beautifully designed house is nestled in historic Sandy Bay, and has been labelled as an urban retreat in the inner city it is the perfect base to explore Hobart and beyond.

The main living/dining area is spacious, sunny & light filled and open plan, with access directly onto a private outside deck with the stunning River Derwent view!

Swan Sea Retreat is 3 minutes to Sandy Bay's Long beach, 2 minutes to the closest grocery stores, and 10 minutes to Hobart CBD.

The carport and driveway can park up to two cars. There is also another additional on-street parking in front of the house.

There are two main bus routes that directly go to the CBD: route 401 and route 402. For more information regarding bus stops and timetables, please visit the MetroTas website.
