A great apartment in the heart of Salamanca. Close to great restaurants, the harbour, galleries and museums. Everything was in easy reach, and on site parking meant that the car stood still for a few days as everything was within walking distance. Spacious clean room , with daily cleaning. All in all a great place to stay in Hobart.

We arrived much too early (plane landed 8 AM) and reception stored our luggage while we went on a tour. When we returned the room was ready, our bags were in the room. Much appreciated. They went out of their way to help us with leaving the rental car there too. A

Was perfect for Salamanca markets on Saturday and all the pubs along the street after the market. Was convenient to the exits in/out of town to visit Bruny Island etc.

Stayed at the property multiple times, great location free and safe parking, rooms are a little tired but the set up is great and easy check in, would definitely pay extra for a 1 bedroom over the studio but overall will continue to stay at Salamanca Terraces when travelling to Hobart

no access to the stairs as i have a phobia of lifts i was very disappointed when i was told that i couldnt use the stair access as it was a fire exit and no keys available only option solution was pay $200 for a room upgrade

Very nice

Very nice accommodation in great location. Only downside was seemed to hear alot of noise from the street during the night and early morning
