Superbly maintained and run property. Off the beaten track, Nature Garden Ecolodge is a hidden gem. The icing on the cake is the service quality. Candy, Jolie, Sha and the others are the real stars - extra polite, always ready to help and efficient to a fault. We were a group of 9 adults, all very well looked after by the staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way!!!

This is a five star hotel without a doubt. I wanted to extend my two day stay but they were full. I'm sad to leave. Good food. Great rooms. Phenomenal staff, I love them all. If you want a break from the chaos that is Vietnam, you will find peace and tranquility here. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel

We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems. Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available. Restaurant - breakfast: small selection but tasty. Dinner: limited vegetarian selection but enough for a couple of days and all tasty. Front of house team all very helpful and friendly. They arranged a car with driver for us for the day and a half sightseeing - reasonably priced and saved having to wait for Grabs etc- and they also arranged a car to take us back to Hanoi airport at the end of our trip. Would definitely stay there again.
