This was the worst property by far in my 20 stays over my two month trip. The direction to find the property were none existent, the host was disconnected in timely communication, in finding the property and then locating keys was again vague and not clearly explained I wasted an hour of my day in just locating and gaining access. The property was not ready at the promised 2pm check in and was overall very dirty and unwelcoming. The internet didn’t work on arrival and took a day to fix then was very poor when it was fixed which I must credit was done fairly quickly but not to an acceptable extent as it was patchy and slow speeds. There was pool access advertised and promised in the listing and that’s not the case it’s not supplied to short term residents, that’s a major issue as I swim in the mornings and in the afternoons on hot days to cool off it’s a major aspect in my choice of properties on holidays. IMO this is a 1 star accommodation in a 5 star area has everything you need and just a short drive to all the sites and scenes that Ho Chi Minh City has to offer. But not a good apartment and poor owner or property management engagement.
