Once you move in, they collect an extra money per day for cleaning??? They never come and clean the place, gave us 4 towers for 4 people for the 11 days stayed, the money that that collected was not stated on rental agreement, when asked why they said that their company policy. Some how it is happen every time I stayed there, they alway cancel your your reservation 1 week or the previous time was one day before you arrival so if you want to stay there you have to pay higher price, luckily this time Expedia picked up the difference, I hope Expedia rework on their contract for all rooms in that area, it’s seem like happened every time when more people book on their property they will cancel the customer pay lower price. Please work on new contract for the pieces of mind of the travelers.

When you booked that doesn’t mean you will get the place, they will cancel your reservation 1 week before your arrival or a day your arrival then suggest different rooms for higher price, watch out.

Good location. Room is clean overall but the mattresses are the worst compare with other landmark properties we have rented. ( we rented 8 times at landmark from Plus , 2,3,6..) Unlike other one this one collected cleaning fee each day but they only come to clean after your stay no matter how long you stay.
