Hotel staff was polite and took very good care of my husband and I. Rooms were clean, with wi-fi and Air conditioning and very comfortable. We found a couple of coffee shops on the corner and if you walk the other direction towards the Main Street there is a fancy bakery on the corner that we enjoyed. Sign up for Grab is a must. Very inexpensive and they handle business. I was not disappointed. I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel and would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Triple E Ben Thanh Hotel. It is close to the tourist area, but located in a quieter location. The environment is very peaceful and calming. The room was a good size, washroom was very good. There is a daily breakfast buffet for an extra charge and seating area outside the hotel. It is a bit difficult parking on the street, so be sure to watch when your Uber arrives to immediate boarding.

Overrating of this hotel !!!!!!!!!

(1) I don't understand why many travelers commented breakfast buffet was splendid with large variety ! There's around 7 main dishes + other side dishes. Taste is not bad but really limited variety, rather a budget buffet. (2) Room is average clean with many dirty spots on the walls. Shower system is a spoiler where cold/hot water is inconsistent for every bath I took ! (3) I booked for city view room which thinking it is street view which I wanted, however, not, it is a deep in room with backyard (so called city view) view. But the front desk and service staffs are extremely helpful and patient to help me out. At the end, I decided not to change the room since I stayed for only few nights.

Very centralized and convenient location of the city. The area is safe and walkable to everything you need for your trip. Plus free breakfast included in your booking and some goodies as welcome gift. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for guests who want to stay in District 1 !!
