The staff are super helpful. The hotel is walkable to Ben Thanh Market and restaurants. A lot of tourists were walking around so you don't feel isolated. The room is poorly ventilated and dusty . There are no windows. Maybe if they put airpurifier it will help the situation. Thank you entilated. There were no windows

Upon arriving at the hotel, there are steps up to the hotel. There was no greeter or anyone to help us carry our luggage up the steps. The front desk reception was not warm or friendly. Our room was dusty and not in the best cleaning condition. Only upon leaving when we tipped the receptionist that they did help us with our luggage.

Room is clean. Air Con took abit of time to cool the room down but at least it does the job. However, the pumbing did not work in the room we had booked. They advised there are plumbing works at the moment but water should be back in about 2 hours which we thought would be perfect time to go out and grab dinner. Returned 3 hours later still no water (we believe it is only our room as the hotel was fully booked)... The receptionist staff was great, calling around trying to figure out what happened. In the end, he didnt have an answer for us. But instead he has organised to move us to another hotel (same chain) just a block down the road. The receptionist waited for us to pack and personally took us down carrying our luggage in the pouring rain (while we used the umbrella he gave us). The replacement room was ok. It did the job. There was running water, but the drainage for the shower is questionable. Hey... At least the bed was comfortable and air-con was great.
