The room needed a lot of maintenance and definitely showed sign of age. One of the beds was deflated at the foot of the bed, the sink was cracked and the bathroom was moldy. The TV and kettle did not work. Staff were friendly and got us towels immediately when we asked. The area actually stayed pretty quiet at night and we were able to get sleep. We will probably avoid this place next time.

When we arrived they said there is no room. I show them the confirmation number and they said I didn’t pay yet, and the booking said pay at the hotel. After that they send us to their second location and it is a run down hotel with the same name ( the noble swan). It was late so we stay and not very happy about this hotel at all. I trusted Expedia is a good company and how it let this hotel do this. Very very disappointed.

The cleaner should clean properly the rooms and toilets. Should wipe the mirrors, doors and tables. For me cleanliness is important on my hotel list.

The Hotel has the stair and there is no one to support the luggage. The restroom has leak water, I noticed the staff. They came to my room to fix 3 times, however, the water is still leaking. They told me they were full, and then I have to stay in that room with water leaking. This is my worse hotel I ever stayed. Also, If you are women travel with big suitcase, you should think about carry it by yourself up to the stair.

The staff are super helpful. The hotel is walkable to Ben Thanh Market and restaurants. A lot of tourists were walking around so you don't feel isolated. The room is poorly ventilated and dusty . There are no windows. Maybe if they put airpurifier it will help the situation. Thank you entilated. There were no windows

Upon arriving at the hotel, there are steps up to the hotel. There was no greeter or anyone to help us carry our luggage up the steps. The front desk reception was not warm or friendly. Our room was dusty and not in the best cleaning condition. Only upon leaving when we tipped the receptionist that they did help us with our luggage.

Room is clean. Air Con took abit of time to cool the room down but at least it does the job. However, the pumbing did not work in the room we had booked. They advised there are plumbing works at the moment but water should be back in about 2 hours which we thought would be perfect time to go out and grab dinner. Returned 3 hours later still no water (we believe it is only our room as the hotel was fully booked)... The receptionist staff was great, calling around trying to figure out what happened. In the end, he didnt have an answer for us. But instead he has organised to move us to another hotel (same chain) just a block down the road. The receptionist waited for us to pack and personally took us down carrying our luggage in the pouring rain (while we used the umbrella he gave us). The replacement room was ok. It did the job. There was running water, but the drainage for the shower is questionable. Hey... At least the bed was comfortable and air-con was great.
