Simple, comfortable space, suitable for people who like quiet. The bed is soft, not too soft nor too hard, good sleep. The apartment is clean and enough for a few days trip. The coffee shop near the apartment is quite pleasant, quiet space.

The property is fair, not as nice as in photos. But the odour from the sewer came from the drainers’ openings was terrible, even I tried to block them by garbage can. Internet wifi was not working. Called for service but problem was not fixed until leaving (after 4 days).Communication is not responsive. Property is quiet and grocery stores are close by.

We arrived at 8PM, and that was previously communicated. We had to sit outside for a half hour and wait for someone to arrive to take us to our room. We had three people, which was selected on Expedia. We were given two towels and less than a half a roll of toilet paper. Charging ports didn't work. Art was falling off of the wall. Hair was on the bedspread. Several attempts were made to get cleaning done, house shoes, toilet paper, towels, and nothing was done. The property itself has very large red posters saying no short term rentals, and clearly this is being operated as such. As a platinum member of Expedia, this was absolutely unacceptable.

Whe we where 5 minutes away from our stay, we contacted the manager they said out room was not available and could offer the 2 bedroom room and a 1 bedroom room for our family so we got separated from our kids and where on different levels, we where also not told that out room key could not get us up to where they where staying so we then got stuck in the elevatoer was very scary, our room was dirty and ripped wall paper air con did not work properly, we would never recommened this place very unreliable and unsafe apartment building, stay near cafe apartments it is a nicer area

Overall it was a nice stay. Could have done better with having more kitchen ware. Booking was for 3 people but we only had two plates. The hanging bar in the bathroom was hot glued and coming out. Close to District 1, so you can just cross over the bridge and walk across most of the tourist places
