Good morning, we are checking out, the keys were placed in the appropriate mailboxes. The stay was less than desirable. The bathroom wasn't clean 😕 towels were dirty and roaches. I have pictures. Better details about the property location is needed, wasn't able to identify the specific building and no one was answering calls. We had to stay at the Vinpearl Marriott (which I highly recommend) for that night. I feel very cheated 😕. I am humbling asking to be reimbursed For that first night and discounted for the second night. If not 100% reimbursed. MA Knights
