Unpleasant Stay In Queens Central

Bathroom water seems to be draining very slowly which led to flooding the shower area easily. Eats can be visible. Room is not big as shown online. The breakfast is pathetic with limited choice. Stay there if budget is really an issue.

I have stayed more than 5 times because of the location. But I can see that there is no improvement on cleanliness so maybe might go elsewhere after this. Just came back yesterday. Room has cockroaches. They gave me 1st room and we rejected it because we saw at least 4-5 dead cockroaches on the floor and the bathroom was not really cleaned. When we mentioned this to the staff, she said 'Really?" and she quickly gave my key to the bellboy to check with a disbelieving look on her face. Staff at the counter is not courteous or polite. We were given another room which was better but the next morning , I found 1 dead cockroach in the bathroom. Breakfast is ok and they seem to have a 'halal' food for muslims.

    DO NOT STAY HERE

    This is NOT a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very dirty and service is horrible. While waiting for taxi in the lobby, i saw other guests complaining about how dirty the room is. This is more like a 1 star hotel.

    The hotel and room is NOT CLEAN. I have stayed a few times before due to location and halal breakfast. But now it is becoming unacceptable due to cleanliness issue that I don't think I should stay there after this. Our room this time around (room on 2nd floor) is really bad - there are obvious cobwebs on the ceiling, in the wardrobe. The toilet sink looks like it was never cleaned. MY BED HAS DUSTS ON IT. There are dusts on the floor, not usual ones but big balls of dusts, the kind that has gathered after a long time. We saw 1 cockroach. The morning breakfast buffet tables - dusts ON the table. They gave glasses for us, but not clean so we drank from our own bottle. The staircase near the breakfast area - very dirty.
