There is only 1 thing I like is the location close to Ben Thanh shopping. I just want to remind everyone when you book the room at this hotel. They are cheating you and did not give you the room exactly what you've booked. But when you complain they tell you to pay extra money in order to upgrade your room, that is totally unfair to me. I will never ever stay at this hotel again.

Be careful when you book this Hotel. I booked a Premium room and they gave me a Deluxe room with No Bathtub. They told me if I pay another extra $40 a night , they will give me a Premium room. I can't believe it and I couldn't get any help from Expedia because I don't have their numbers in Vietnam. The food here is so terrible, I asked for an egg and cook over hard, they gave 2 eggs cooked over easy. The chefs here are never listen to what you want when you ordered your food. I couldn't stay here again. NO MORE.

The staffs and management are heartless. They will find all the little things you don’t pay attention and penalize you. If you’re not a local you should really think twice before booking here. Hotel, rooms, and pool do not look like photos at all. I almost fail off the stair couples time. It’s not safe. Their hall way smell so bad. It’s extremely difficult to open the shower door and walk in. I wouldn’t recommend any stay at this place

Very central in District 1 near markets and eating area. No fridge just cooler in room. 24hr reception is a bounce. Would stay again.
