Location was great! The staff was really nice, incredibly helpful and on point! We enjoyed the pool after a long day exploring this amazing city! Our breakfast was included, it was very delicious way to start off our day right! Only thing.. their gym section was very small, but we were 5 mins away from another gym that was really not expensive. Very satisfying stay! Would go back for sure

This was a wonderful, central hotel for shopping, dining and other amenities! Staff were excellent, spotless rooms and a fantastic breakfast!! Beautiful rooftop pool and lounge with great views. Would definitely return!

Hotel in a good location. Most staff were good. Pool closes at 7pm, which is way to early, especially after being out all day and wanting to relax. Hotel needs a good update but overall ok

Poor customer service

Sometimes plans change and they need to learn how to accomodate their guests. We originally booked 6 days but found out we had family going to De Nang so we requested to modify our stays. I understand if we asked the next day but we requested to modify our stay same day we checked in to stay for 3 days instead of 6. They were not willing to help or accomodate us at all.

Nice hotel with a mysterious twist !

I had a problem where my slipper from pool disappeared thankfully two people witnessed I had two slippers on when I came to pool ! The manager initially said they cannot find it and after the Norwegian guest said to look at video he returned saying my slipper was in front of my room door ! They take a deposit of £30 and I wonder what exactly happened ! Room was comfortable and quiet , staff polite , breakfast is nice and location is good too ! I had a terrible view of a dilapidated building from window ! Shower is ok ! The pool is small but pretty , there is a tiny gym and one lift but it’s quick ! Staff are generally helpful and friendly I just don’t understand the mystery of the missing slipper but I did get my deposit back ! Thanks to support from three other guests present ! It’s close to opera and market and walkable but I took grab most of time anyway and staff helped especially Lee , Alice and jade ! I saw a few museums and a great Buddhist temple and the visit ended on a better note !

The staff are amazing. The rooms are very clean and our room was quite spacious. The bathroom is a strange design with a large window to the main living area, but it was functional. At night a nightclub was playing very loud house music that went on until daylight but that was no fault of the hotel.

A very clean, well located Hotel. staff very friendly & very helpful. The doorman in particular helping us with luggage and directions and suggestions for places to eat. Wonderful views from the rooftop pool bar area. Would stay here again

Friendly staff and very helpful. Were able to help out with tours and advise on when to get to the airport for our next flight. Room was clean and general room serviced daily. Standard checkout of 12pm was excellent. We had one day where bath towels weren’t replenished after a service however staff were very responsive when notified. Door staff were very responsive also with bag collection on pick up and making sure the elevator has been called when they see you walking up the front steps.
