No problem with the entire process but there's noise outside that can't be prevented because of the location. A lot to improve maybe for a prime location. Budget friendly and just 2-3mins away to bui vien walking street.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Lots of prostitue within the vicinity. I booked a deluxe room show' in thier website fridge and TV but it was missing. 2) Room door lockset damage not be able close feel very unsafe whenever i go out. 3) Bed frame is about to collapse. 4) Bloodstain on the wall. 5) florescent tube light tilted look scary due to poor or no maintenance. Avoid the property look elsewhere.
