Don't book this property. This is terrible and a scam. I got 2 reservations booked at this property. First, the owner/hosts message me via Expedia portal that they want more money due to the Christmas holidays. I reply back no due to Expedia guide line that I'm not suppose to pay more outside of Expedia platform. On the check in date, I made multi calls to check in but no one answer the calls. I did not get check in. My family of 6 were stranded in the middle of night in a foreign country. Very frustrated. I don't want others get into my situation. So run away from this property. Find a reliable hotels. This happens all over Vinhomes area. So stay away. Horrible.

This property is a scam, do not book here!

This property is totally a scam. They did not contact us before we arrived with the instructions on how to check in. It took us three hours to get a hold of them after we arrived. We were told the room got over booked and they want to charge us extra money for a different room. They did not honor the original booking nor want to give us a refund. Hotels.com did nothing to resolve this issue.

Was not able to phone the owner, we have 4 adults and 2 children but we only have 4 towels and was told they would not replace new ones after 3 days and not allowed to use swimming pool was told a very wild excuses for the towels and swimming pool, I will not return to this apartment until again

We had good experience over all in this property. The owner Tu' is very responsive and nice. The rooms are clean, mattress are soft and in good condition. This one is the best I have rented in Landmark. ( I rented at landmark 8 times so far). The wallpaper in living room and kitchen needed some repair and touch up. Highly recommended.

We had multiple reservations for our party of 20. On the day of check in, did not hear from them and we couldn't check in because it is a privately owned condo with no reception. When we finally got in, the place was filthy, with toilet unflushed, linen soiled, wall paper torn from the wall. We were so grossed out, we were afraid to touch anything. Topping it off, we were given a 2 bedrooms when we reserved a three bedrooms. They ignored our calls until Expedia got involved, though we were forced to stay in the poor condition for the night. We had to get a different place at our cost because they refuse to refund. I would not recommend this property management, though there maybe different owners with properties in the same project.

They didn’t answered our call on the day we booked in so we didn’t get the unit , we have to find another place, and we still have to pay for the rent. Don’t recommend this rental. Stick with the brand name hotels
