Overall stay is pleasant and comfortable. The pictures is as looking real as the place there. The interior design is new and good looking. It was a comfortable stay. They has a large sofa you can lie down and sleep. They have two balcony and both of them look really nice

Phuong gave detailed instructions to check in and check out, and helped out a bunch with food recommendations in the area. The family was also really kind and helped us to store our luggage for a few hours after we checked out! :)

The place got everything you need and you just feel like you come to your relative's house to stay few days as the host helped me with all the details a lot. Excellent stay at the area, short stay but the host is very responsive and clear in the directions for check in and getting to the accommodation. Also accommodated for us to hang around in the common area while awaiting for a closer timing for us to head to the airport despite the checkout time is at 12pm. Great team of responsive host!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, they are straight SCAMMERS. I booked for one of their unit due to the pictures and furniture. It looks like they have so many different types of unit but I specifically chose the one in the picture. When I arrived for check in, the guy tried to give me a different unit that I never booked for, then I was arguing with him to give me the unit that I booked for and showed him pictures that was on their post. He brings me to another random unit that was worser than the first one that he showed me. Furniture was dirty with stains, sink was dangling and it was just disgusting. I didn’t even want to look at the bedroom because from the glimpse of it, it looks dirty and hard bed, might as well just sleep on the floor at that point. So he message his company because clearly they have like 20-30 those pictures that they posted is a “mock up photos”. So clearly it was just a straight scam to get people to book for them, and that’s why it’s non refundable. I end up not staying there and told them I want a refund back. They told me they will refund me back my money but I just have to contact Expedia customer service. At the end, they clearly dodge the calls from Expedia. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. Expedia is still amazing and I will still use it but be careful when it comes to these type of condo units post.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Alles war genau wie auf den Bildern, super sauber, funktional und richtig gemütlich. Die Lage ist top, und die Klimaanlage hat bei dem schwülen Wetter in Ho Chi Minh City richtig gut getan.
