This is my second time staying here. The accommodation is very good, quiet, and private. The location is good, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. It is easy to walk there. It is close to shopping areas and the subway station. The owner of the accommodation contacted and helped quickly, along with useful advice. This is definitely the accommodation that I will choose when I return to Ho Chi Minh City again.

Amazing and nice place and it’s clean as well. The host is very polite to chat. And above all they give us another 3 hours to stay for free. I truly recommend this hotel to other guest. I do not like to stay there. The neighborhoo very lound. Music turning very loud and other neighbors was fighting each other. I check out in the next moring instead staying for 2 more nights. I made contact with the owner of this apt, unfortunetly NO reply back . I wpuld NOT return to this place anymore in the future

Great location near Madam Win. The place is tucked inside an alley and it’s quiet. Very clear messages and instructions. I arrived early and was allowed to leave my luggage in the storage area where theres a camera. Photos are real, just slightly dated. No issues. There’s no view out of the window but you definitely get privacy!

Only positive things to say about this wonderful place. Every detail is considered and the hosting is as good as it can be. There are several small details like complimentary snacks, small notes so you know how to use things, superb cleaning and an overall feeling of warmth. The location from the airport is fantastic and really made our first couple of nights in Vietnam very comfortable. We walked an hour and was in amongst busy district 1 which we loved. The apartment has every you need, added touch of pool of and gym is great. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is new and beautifully furnished. It comes fully stocked which made for a comfortable retreat. Very conveniently located and incredibly quiet—perfect for relaxation. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made check-in and the overall stay smooth. The location is convenient, about a 15-minute grab ride to Nguyen Hue Walking Street, close enough to enjoy the area but far enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The pool was clean and well maintained, a nice place to relax after a day out. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend.

Phuong is an amazing host! Not only is he a great communicator, but he is also extremely welcoming and respectful. His place is clean and well furnished, and being located in Ho Chi Minh, it is at a great location. The WiFi was fast and stable, the bathroom was spotless, and everything in the apartment was exactly as described.
