This is a old apartment. This doesn't have any connections with Landmark 81. Just near Landmark . No communications.

This accommodation is on the residence side of Landmark 81, so go to the Vinhomes lobby when checking in. This property is in a convenient location above a shipping mall, so access to groceries, shops and restaurants was super convenient. Didn't even need to go out of the building, as it had direct access from the lobby. Need to get a taxi to go to other places as it's not located near anything else though. The property is clean and well furnished with full kitchen amenities and utensils. It also has a laundry on the balcony. It's also pretty safe with security cards and pin numbers needed. However, be warned of a few things: - This property is booked through an agent who is unresponsive until the day of check in. We had to get our cousin who lives in Vietnam to call and double check that the booking was actually confirmed. - For short stays of less than 1 month, POOL ACCESS IS NOT AVAILABLE. This was extremely disappointing, especially for my children, as it was one of the reasons why we booked this place. - It can be loud at times if there is loud music from venues downstairs. Not that great for families with young children.

They cancelled my booking. I called them and asked a out my reservation and they told me that they would call me back, they never did and I tried to call them many times but they ignored my calls. I had to look for somewhere else to stay, and had such a tough time to find one due to the big holiday. Finally I was able to find one room with double price.
