Service at this hotel was way below standard. Consider this maybe a 1 or at most 2 stars hotel. Do not even have any complimentary waters like all other hotels in HCMC. Housekeeping need repeated reminders before room get cleaned. Front Desk are completely hopeless even with simple English and even after showing booking, they do not know how many days I am staying.

パスポートを渡してから30分近く待たされ こちらが声をかけてやっと動いた感じでした その後の態度も悪いし二度と利用することは無いと思います
