THIS PLACE IS COCKROACH INFESTED. I am writing this to warn other travelers. On my first night, I found multiple large cockroaches in my bathroom. One of them was walking around in full light, which clearly indicates an infestation, not just a random insect. This is completely unacceptable in a hotel and is a serious sanitary and health issue. I asked for a refund, but the hotel refused. Instead, they moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had serious problems: the window does not close properly, the curtain blind cannot be raised because the cord is missing, and the air conditioning does not work. In a hot, tropical climate, this makes the room uncomfortable and insecure. Being forced to choose between a cockroach-infested room and a broken room is unacceptable. The hotel failed to provide a clean, safe, and functional place to stay.

Look harder

Rooms were dirty,shower covered in mould,toilet seat loose and filthy mattress was rock hard and they only give you one room card so when you leave everything turns off which is wonderful in a hot humid climate
