"Very nice and new hotel. Staff seems green and inexperienced. We asked for bike rentals and they said all the bikes have flat tires? Very pricey for what you get, but location is great."

"We stayed with a large group of friends, there was a misunderstanding with our reservation upon arrival, however the staff worked with us and made it right for us which was excellent. Great views, a pretty quiet area, super close to the park and downtown Estes. Would for sure stay again especially ..."
