Beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Excellent location and we were able to walk to almost all of the major sites we wanted to see. Beautiful views of the cathedral and the river from our room. Lovely atrium bar. We would definitely stay here again if in Berlin.

What I will always remember about this very nice hotel, is that I drop my wallet on my way out of the hotel, in the street. Two hours later when I came back, one of the evening staff asked me if it was mine, and after proving it, he returned it intact. Berlin was our first stop for a one month trip. Loosing my wallet would have ruined it. He saved our trip, and the hotel was very nice.

This was a nice hotel, good location and very clean. Check in seemed more hard work than necessary but apart from that a great hotel

We stayed in a grand twin room - the room was very spacious and the bedding and everthing was well cleaned. There was lots of room to put down a suitcase, hang up clothes etc. The beds and pillows were very comfortable after a lot of walking around the city. The location is excellent, centrally located for walking to the major tourist attractions both northwards and southwards. Yet it was also quiet and peaceful, we didn't hear a peep from anyone else in the hotel. It was reassuring that there was a safe in the room, and the soaps provided were nice. The reception staff were friendly and looked after our baggage after check out. There are snacks/drinks vending machines, and boiling hot water dispenser and free teas on alternating floors. Overall a great value place to stay for our first trip to Berlin.
