Enjoy the balcony with lagoon view, steps from the seasonal pool or take the beach wagon to the sand. Explore Hilton Head fun: golf, boating, eco-tours, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping... Welcome to our home, Hideaway Villa, a crisp, relaxing space with three roomy bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The living space includes an open kitchen with seating at the counter, dinning table for the whole family and living space with a view of the patio and lagoon beyond, and includes an additional 1/2 bath. You are a short walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants of Coligny. Celebration Park is steps away.

Our villa is located in a quiet setting, with shade trees and lagoon. Enjoy the pool from April - November, and enjoy the pool deck year round.

Ready for the beach? You are a 10 minute walk to the sand. You'll find a locked ground-floor closet to hold your beach items. You may want to pack beach towels to bring with you.

SNOWBIRD SPECIAL: $2,400 plus fees for entire month of December or January. $2,500 for February. Cleaning included.

SUMMER AVAILABILITY - For your convenience, Hideaway Villa is not available for Saturday check-in/check-out to help you avoid the heaviest Saturday traffic. Consider Sunday to Sunday bookings.

WINTER SPECIAL: From November 1 to March 1, stay a minimum of 5 nights and get the 6th night free. (To receive discount, please mention at time of booking.)

Other things to note:
Entrance to Hideaway Villa is on the second floor, accessible by STAIRCASE only. The villa itself is two-stories. No noise from upstairs neighbors to contend with! Pool accessible by spiral staircase. Hideaway Villa is within a non-smoking/no-pets community. No smoking or pets are allowed.

As you plan for what to bring for your stay, please keep in mind that you will be provided with the following: one roll of paper towels, dish washing soap for the sink, one or two dishwasher pods, detergent for one load of laundry, toilet paper and tissue for each bathroom, individual sized shampoo and soap for each bathroom. The kitchen has coffee filters, salt/pepper and may have olive oil. We offer a drip and a Keurig coffee maker.

Each bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. A small roll-away single is provided for the 7th guest.

A pack-and-play is provided, and is maintained only by guests. Should you choose to use it, please wipe it out before and after use.

You will have two dedicated parking spaces numbered 98. There is other un-numbered parking available on a first-come basis. (Please do not park in spaces with other numbers.)

Although we cannot offer early check-in during the high seasons, if you arrive early, feel free to use the parking space and walk to the restaurants, shops or beach.

We will stay here again given the opportunity to visit Hilton Head again. Property is exactly as advertised. We had a snafu with receiving check in instructions. I had to call VRBO, but their customer service contacted the host, who sent the info right away. Condo is very clean! It was perfect for a girlfriends getaway.

Loved Hideaway Villa

Hideaway Villa in Hilton Head was the perfect place for my family's vacation. The pictures didn't do it justice. The space was wonderful, the three bedrooms gave everyone some privacy and the shared spaces were great. We especially loved the patio and its wonderful view. It was very relaxing to sit out there both morning and evening. The location was perfect as well. We could walk to Coligny Plaza and the beach. We did eat in other areas of HH but we felt that the area where the villa is located was the best place because of the amenities. We also loved that the pool was just a few steps from the Villa. The owner was very responsive to our questions. It was nice that there were a few beach items that we were able to use as well. We look forward to another trip to Hilton Head and will definitely stay the Hideaway Villa.

Our family of 5 (3 adult children) had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. Hideaway Villa was a great choice- it was clean, updated and spacious. The kitchen is bright and well equipped. We especially valued that each bedroom, which was comfortable, had its own ensuite bathroom. The designated parking spot in front of the unit was convenient. Overall a wonderful stay and a great unit!

Great location

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend with our kids and significant others. Plenty of space for three couples. Walkable distance to Coligny and to the beach. Although we went out for most of our meals the condo was well equipped if you wanted to eat in. I enjoyed how quiet it was. We were on the go every day and night and it was nice to come back and be able to go to bed and not hear any outdoor noise. Boyd was very responsive when we arrived and we really appreciated that. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I, along with our two teen daughters spent spring break in Hilton Head. It was our first time there and condo location could not have been better. It is very close to restaurants, shopping and the public beach access. Condo-related, we liked the primary bedroom on the first floor with the teens upstairs. The unit was recently remodeled, and with the exception of some burnt out light bulbs and dead batteries in the TV remotes, we were extremely happy! Boyd immediately responded with the questions I had, which was very much appreciated!

Lovely locale, quiet, and clean.

The condo was a short walk to everything. It was clean. My mother-in-law who has been coming to HHI island since 1982 and has tented all myriad of homes or condos kept reiterating "it's as nice as any she has ever stayed in." The pool is huge. The proximity to the park with our 4 y.o. was a bonus.

July 4th week 2023

Just returned from a great week at Hilton Head. Once we figured out best path walk to beach not bad…under 10 minutes. Loved the wagon to help transport items. Some of beach chairs are small so if depending on using these I would clarify what is there in case need to bring some. Was great having 31/2 baths and 3 full bedrooms plus a nice kitchen with 6 adults.
