While there’s some wear and tear in the bathrooms, the location near the beach, dining, shopping and the TikiHut makes up for it all. Great value. Fabulous friendly staff. Loved our stay!

I was excited to have a semi-relaxing resort experience after a long day of travelling; however, if we were to choose again, I would choose a different place to stay. While our room was plenty spacious, there was a dampness and smell to it that we couldn't seem to get rid of. The pool hours closed at sunset, which didn't allow us, as late evening travelers, to take advantage of that amenity. The Porch dining facility says you can call in orders for pickup; however, when we tried to utilize this feature, no one answered the phone. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was so we wouldn't have to drive anywhere once we arrived. We had to leave the facility to find available dinner accommodations. While taking a shower, I learned the faucet in the shower didn't allow cold water to run from it, and the soap dispenser was falling apart and coming off the wall. And the coffee pot didn't allow the water to get hot enough to enjoy a hot cup of coffee. When picking this hotel, I expected the amenities and service to reflect the Hilton brand, but this was not the case. The services that are offered seem to be accommodating to most people, but for us, as overnight travelers, it didn't go as I had planned. I am sure this hotel is great for people who are staying for more than 1 day; however, for us, we spent a lot of money to get a partially decent night's sleep.

Outside of property excellent condition with tiki bar,pool,beach and restaurant very convenient. The hotel is run down, rooms need updating with new bathrooms ,furnishings. Even the ice machines are old and rusting out. They could do a lot better.

This hotel is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed the convenience of having food/drinks on the property by accessing the restaurants and tiki bar. They had live music every night too. Will definitely book here again in the future

Great location on the beach with onsite pool and restaurant. The Tiki bar with all day entertainment was fabulous! My only complaint would be that the air conditioning unit was dripping constantly above the side entrance door. Needs to be repaired.

It was excellent for our family with access to the ovean and the pool. Room varieties enabled us to be near our other family. It wasn't so big and fancy so we could relax

This hotel had such a charm to it, unlike chain hotels. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. They gave out bags of kettle corn to all of the guests on Easter, which was so nice. The hotel is perfectly located on the beach. Bartender and staff at the pool were so friendly. Would definitely go back.

The only thing I found odd was when housekeeping came, they replaced our towels but didn't make the bed. Not sure if that's a new standard, but it was the reason I knocked the rating down a star. Overall great property right on the beach. Was a great getaway.
