Beach and pool were great! Close by, clean, and active lifeguards at the beach. Tiki hut was fun to hang out at in the evening with live music. Our bathroom was a bit dated, but otherwise the room was enough for us. We liked having a table and chair and there was enough extra space to keep our pool and beach gear with us. Non-carpeted floors were a plus with all the sand! What I think they could use is a game room or even just a few large outdoor games for families to give the kids something to do in evenings. Also, add pizza to the kids menu! Otherwise, our stay was great!

The restaurant facilities were pretty good. The first strike was presenting us with "amenities fees" when we arrived. I dont recall anything about this when we booked. We were given an ADA room. We were told that is what we booked. Again the confirmation didnt say that. The room was very humid, everything felt damp. Never did dry out. In all pretty disappointing. I would not recommend this property.

Overall, we had a great stay! The location is very convenient, we felt safe and the beds were comfortable. The pool area and pool staff were excellent. The tiki bar is fun and convenient but closes at 10:00 sharp every night. The beach however, I wouldn’t go back. You are right on the public beach and the crowds are overwhelming.

Everything was great, the staff was just incredibly rude. At check in the girl was very short and annoyed when I asked anything about the things she was making me sign. But the employee at the “entrance” was the rudest and most disrespectful to me while I was looking for a parking spot. I don’t understand hospitality businesses that have such rude people. Probably won’t be back just based on that alone, felt very unwelcoming.

Everything is close to this hotel. The beach, parks, shops, restaurants… downside is you have to rent the beach chairs. We did find some that someone left behind so we just use those and left them also for the next person to use.

Love that it is right on the beach with the Tiki Hut next door for food, drinks and music. The new pool area is very nice also. Much more quiet now that the music is on the other side of the Tiki Hut.

Love the convenience to the beach tiki hut and the new coffee pastry place Sweet Al’s on the Beach also waking to the various shops and restaurants. We rented a cabana and it was a treat. The service was awesome. Always enjoyed our stay we come every year.
