The lower exterior has a well-appointed covered bar area, built-in gas grilling, plenty of comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and a ping-pong table. You are welcomed by a wide-open floor plan concept that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Plus, balconies off the 2nd and 3rd floors overlooking the pool bring together the outside and inside worlds beautifully.
