Perfect for families or couples looking for time together and relaxing on the beach. Easy beach access and a convenient location to all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

- Fully equipped kitchen includes all the needed items for enjoying great meals. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, utensils, grill tools, cups, glasses, wine glasses and storage containers.

- Full sized washer and dryer

- Full sized water heater, so you don’t run out of hot water

- Dining area comfortably seats six

- Cozy living room includes a comfortable sleeper sofa and matching chair, Smart TV, DVD player, and an assortment of family friendly DVDs, games and cards

- Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bath, and a Smart TV. There is a dresser, night table and a closet for extra storage. Iron and ironing board available.

- The Second Bedroom has two single beds, an adjoining bathroom, a dresser, night table and a Smart TV.

Hilton Head Getaway

It was a very nice property with good amenities. The walk to the beach was a little long and we found we prefer the middle island. The beds could have been more comfortable and were smaller than expected. My son wanted hooks for hanging towels, etc. overall we enjoyed our stay and all of the activities there are on Hilton Head. Hope this review is constructive and not seen as complaints.

Very relaxing stay

The condo was everything as described. There was a stocked kitchen with everything that was needed for cooking. I stayed during a busy spring break week. The pool is outside of the main bedroom, so there was a lot of noise. I had one issue with neighbor upstairs their child was moving furniture, jumping, and running back-and-forth. I had to knock on their door and ask them to please keep the child quiet during the later hours of the night. The walk to the beach was very short. My daughter and I enjoy playing ping-pong in the club house.

We have stayed in this condo before and we are extremely pleased again this year. 3 month stay and absolutely no problems. We love the location, right next to the front pool, the clubhouse and the tennis courts. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Hilton Head

We had a nice time staying here; the Folly Field location is really great, with lots of grills to utilize, multiple pools, and a nice community center. Short walk to the beach through a neighborhood. The actual condo was clean and nice overall, and hosts were responsive and helpful!

Fantastic stay!

My teenage daughter and I came to visit Hilton Head for a “Girls Week” and had an amazing time. We loved the condo and it was the perfect size for us. We visited the pool every day since it was right outside our door. The beach was a quick walk (five minutes away) and a beautiful walk at that. We were able to visit Savannah since it is less than an hour away. This condo was a perfect location on the island to get to all of the places you may want to visit. We would definitely stay here again!!
