I would not rent from Gloria Yang if it was the last property within 100 miles!

We didn't actually stay there. I reserved this property and then sent messages through VRBO, a phone call and texts to see if it was available for an additional night. After 5 days I finally got a response. I had not received any check in information the morning of the reservation. I sent her a message and asked for information. Check in was 4:00. I got a message from her at 1:00 telling me the property was double booked! Yes! Double booked! 3 hours before check in time! All together in 11 days I sent her 3 messages through VRBO. 1 phone call. 7 texts. She didn't let me know we didn't have a place to stay until I kept asking for info! Horrible communication! I definitely would have cancelled days before if it had not been for losing our money. Hopefully we won't have any issues getting our refund. After all is said and done we feel very thankful and blessed we didn't have to stay there.
