Lovely lagoon view condo just steps from the beach

This one bedroom second floor condo at Island Club features a beautiful lagoon view from your private patio. There is additional seating on the patio. From the open comfortable and fully supplied kitchen, you have access to the living room that is furnished with a sleeper sofa, 55" flat screen TV. Guests here have access to a half bathroom in the hall as well. The master bedroom has a king bed, 32" flat screen TV and private bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination. In two-minute walk a nice direct trail takes you to the ocean shore.

Island Club is a very unique resort - an oceanfront villa complex located in the Folly Field area next door to the Westin Resort Hotel. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the beach and sundeck. The complex features 9 tennis courts, a fitness center, basketball courts and fishing lagoons. There are charcoal and gas grills on site, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games such as corn hole and lawn golf as well as a children's playground. The pools are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children's pool with a mushroom fountain, hot tub, a tanning shelf and a large lap pool. The pools can be seasonally heated. You can also rent bikes on site as well. The Island Club is a gated community with 24-hour security.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a flat-screen television is provided for your entertainment. Everything was wonderful!

Everything was wonderful for our stay in this condo! The condo was very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture including a great bed. The view from the balcony of the lagoon and fountain was amazing!It was extremely clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly want or need! The kitchen had everything from wine glasses to large pots.There were also beach chairs, a cooler and a boogie board supplied!The Island Club Resort was beautiful with great amenities. The beach was also beautiful and very close to the condo. It wasn't crowded even on a holiday weekend.Our host was very easy to communicate with and worked with me when I made a mistake while booking the property.We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

We booked a last minute weekend trip to Hilton Head & it was wonderful! The villa was very, very clean and was in a nice location. The beach was only a short walk away. The owner was very prompt in responding to any communication I had with her. We definitely highly recommend this villa!

The property was as described in a nice location near the beach with plenty of amenities. The host was kind and communicative, and even forgiving when I made a mistake and lost something minor from the condo. Check in was easy, and unlike many vacation rentals, the checkout instructions were minimal and very reasonable. I'd recommend without hesitation.

The Island Club was a great spot and everyone was so friendly. The pool, beach access and location were perfect. The unit was clean and well stocked but definitely needs to be updated overall with new furniture and a fresh look. The owner was super nice and quick to respond to any needs. Even though it needs a facelift, I would stay here again.

Yuliya's property was cozy, clean, and the perfect place for us to simply relax by the beach. Lots of great amenities in the unit and within the Island Club resort. Yuliya supplied beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and a boogie board which was an absolute blast. There's a bike rental within the Island Club which was super easy and affordable, and plenty of spots to grill outside. Free trolley on Hilton Head Island made getting around super easy. Wish we could go back now!

The location was perfect; close to the water and great facility at Island Beach Club. Walked to the Westin Resort for my work conference without any problems. Loved room and all that was supplied there. Felt like a hotel honestly with little touches and everything that was stocked there. We will be back!

Perfect anniversary getaway

Start to finish a great experience. Yuliya was a pleasure to work with when I had a question prior to booking, check in/out is easy, the location is excellent, and the condo itself is very well equipped. We didn't want for anything while we were there. I loved being able to walk directly to the beach, probably 3 minutes. Past beach stays we've had to cross a busy street to get to beach access, so this was great. We spent some time at the pool and hot tub as well which was a big plus. I didnt realize it was 1.5 bath, which is ideal because I'm usually the early riser, and I didn’t have to wake my husband clattering around. They have a small fenced storage area you can keep rental bikes, and there are some chairs and a wagon, but we brought our own. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Everything about this condo was great. We’ve been vacationing at the Island Club in Hilton Head for over 30 years, and this was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in. It was decorated nice, very clean, kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to cook, very close walk to the beach and pool and the owner communicated everything upfront. Wonderful visit!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. While we enjoyed our initial stay, we feel that HH is just not for us in terms of what we look for in a vacation. Our fault that we rented a second floor villa; however, for a 74+ age fellow like me, the stairs were way too steep and too narrow. Also, really did not have a good view out the balcony since the top of a palm tree was right there. The villa owner/representative we communicated with prior to our stay was VERY friendly, helpful & courteous. We appreciated all our communications with her!
