Enjoy your stay at the beach, in this wonderfully remodeled one bedroom condominium, with breath taking views of the ocean from the living room and balcony. It is the perfect location for those seeking rest and relaxation at the beach or by the pool. The pool is conveniently located a few steps away from the sand and just below the condo, Also, restaurants, grocery store, gift shops, movie theatre, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, and much more and all just a few steps away!
This condo features a bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom has granite tops and tile, and features a new tub and glass tile walls. The living area has a new sofa bed, TV and DVD, a kitchen with all major appliances, cabinets, and granite counter tops. There is a new washer, dryer and a private balcony with views of ocean, beach, and pool. Beautiful new flooring.
The entire condo has new flooring, new king mattress and headboard, end tables, lamps and drapes. We just painted it a beautiful dusty blue/gray. It is a serene bedroom retreat!

Our new elevator is operational and it is wonderful - quiet and smooth ride. It is located very near to our unit.


The TVs have Spectrum cable with all your favorite television choices.

Really enjoyed it. I want to thank Connie for her prompt response to a problem we had with the washer. She had a technician out the next day. When it was determined that it was irreparable, she got Lowe’s to replace it along with a dryer the next day. The place is comfortable for two people. It’s clean and well maintained. The outdoor pool is heated March 1st and was clean and comfortable. Breakers is located right across the street from Coligny which has many shops, restaurants and Pigley Wigley where you can get some groceries. The guards, especially Scott, were very helpful . He gave us great recommendations about restaurants and any other questions you may have. Finally, if you would like to recycle your bottles the best place to recycle them is the container when you first enter the beach.

HHI Friend Trip 2025What a great little find. View and location were just as described. Wonderful to just be able to walk across the street to Coligny and a short walk to the beach. King bed super comfortable. Under bed storage at the bottom of the bed. Kitchen stocked with the usual amenities. Had some beach chairs/umbrella available on the balcony. Bathroom was nice with some amenities available. Had a rainy week, maybe consider adding a couple of board/card games to the unit.

This unit is a great location. Easy walk to Piggly Wiggly for groceries and restaurants. Beach was an easy walk from the unit and loved the fact that there was a life guard right there. Nice big beach and never felt like there people on top of you and that is important b/c the next beach access is the public beach access.Connie was a great host answering questions before and after our stay.The negatives are that the unit is tiny and the hosts tell you to store your suitcases in the car, that the instructions when you arrive say no glass near the pool yet there is no non glass options in the unit, and the furniture on the porch is uncomfortable.

Awesome Place with Great Ocean Views

Wanted a nice little place for a quick weekend away and this place was great. Very clean and organized. Owner very involved and communicated everything in advance. Furniture very comfortable and can say enough about the views from the deck over the pool to the ocean. You can't go wrong with this place, we'll definitely go back.

Weekday Getaway

This was a true “ Park and Walk” location. The property is truly Beachfront and was across the street from the popular “Coligny” Shopping area. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. We usually visit HHI in the crowded summer months. The off season has advantages as well. No lines at restaurants and the temperature is warm enough for sitting on the beach without sweltering heat and big crowds.

Amazing Condo and Complex!
