Welcome to Sea Pines! This 3000 sqf home was completely gutted and renovated in 2018 with the intention of making this a this a dream home away from home where you can relax and entertain friends and family! I take great pride in sharing my love of Sea Pines with others and have managed rental property for over 20 years. My goal is to create a modern inviting home with all the amenities so you can create amazing memories with your family and friends.

The layout features an open floor plan for entertaining yet privacy for guests. All bedrooms have en-suite baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 upstairs. Panoramic views can be enjoyed in the master bedroom, the great room, the dining area and kitchen. The house features a 3 level deck - perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors. The brand new kitchen expands the entire side of the house with a huge island that seats 8, farm sink, all new Jenn Air appliances.

The home is conveniently located for that perfect vacation get-away in world renowned Sea Pines Resort. A short bike ride (one mile) takes you to Harbor Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Yacht Club, or the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club (two miles away). This allows visitors to be near it all yet be able to retreat back to a quiet private neighborhood home to relax.

I take great pride in ensuring that our guests fully enjoy their stay. There is nothing worse than renting a vacation home and being disappointed. I use VRBO when I vacation so I truly understand the importance of making a good impression and exceeding expectations.

Extremely friendly check in. House was very clean. Great water views with lots of wildlife. STEVE the alligator would swim by every day at 6 pm for his daily photo shoot. Short bike rides to every where you’d want to visit in the Pines. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation home.

Beautiful spacious home overlooking a large pond/small lake. Well- equipped kitchen with great island layout for additional seating. Close proximity to Harbortowne and Sea Pines Center with nice shops and restaurants, golf and pickleball courts also nearby. Would love to return during warmer weather. This is a beautiful home, awesome kitchen and dining area, comfortable living area and the bedrooms are very nice. Each bedroom has an its own bathroom and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of bicycles to tour around Sea Pines. Located close to Harbor Town. Great host as well!

Beautiful Retreat in Sea Pines

We enjoyed an amazing stay in this awesome home. We traveled as 4 adults, an 11 year old, 15 year old and a 20 year old. The home felt like a home away from home with more than enough space for everyone . Beautiful decor, comfortable beds/bed linens, wonderful views, and every amenity that you could possibly need. My favorite area of the house is the kitchen with its expansive countertop, seating, and top notch appliances. I loved the 6-burner stove and the double ovens. This house is exactly as described. The property is about a 7 minute ride from Sea Pines Resort with its pristine beach and dining options close by. We also got to meet the owner’s father who is a real delight and he addressed any additional needs for our stay. I highly recommend this home for a vacation in Hilton Head.
