The hotel is quite lovely. Sits atop a mountain overlooking Heidelberg. Nice restaurant and bar. The funicular train to Heidelberg stops there. I wish I had brought a bike. Very popular for cyclists

Beautiful place to stay. Perfect location as you can take the mountain rail down to the town and castle. Rooms were great and the view was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Staff helpful and friendly.

Great hotel

Amazing hotel. Excellent service and very friendly. Views and location are fantastic. Rooms are very comfortable with stunning views. Would stay again. The food in the restaurant is a typical German beer Keller style and was great. Good service and tasty food.

Definitely a place to stay...

We LOVED this hotel. The location ia spectacular. We had a car so this hotel was one of few to offer parking. Getting there was a tiny bit challenging as you have to pay attention to the road signs to not miss the turns. Absolutely worth it.

Absolut empfehlenswert, komme wieder!

Business-Trip nach Heidelberg: hoch oben im Odenwald liegt das tolle neue Hotel, mit TOP-Service, super leckerem Frühstück (zB gibt es selbstgebackene Brötchen und Brot - heutzutage sehr selten), eine kleine aber feine Saune mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Heidelberg, im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher, Tresor, Kühlschrank. Die Rezeption war total nett!

The staff was amazing especially the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The bartender was friendly and made us wonderful speciality cocktails.
