We arrived late at night due to our late flight. Checking in thru the machine was easy, but the problem was we were assigned a room but no door lock code was given. We called the after hours contact number and he was not able to help us with providing a door code. We had to drive 25mins to another B&B hotel to get a room to stay for the night. I feel bad for the other 2 groups who has the same problem as I but they could not leave the hotel due to their early flight in the morning.
