Easy parking; confusing office location; ordinary but pleasant room; good location; pleasant, helpful receptionist; across the road from a great steakhouse; no continental breakfast.

Great place to stay.

It's dated but clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable. The town is dead, an overpriced restaurant across the street is about all you're getting at night.

Very peaceful and relaxing property with sounds of the creek audible from deck. Host was very responsive in addressing questions and providing helpful information. Very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

We had a cute suite that included sitting area, small refrigerator, and comfy bed. We didn’t get to spend much time at the motel but agreed we would stay again. It’s within an hour of Lassen National Park. We had dinner at their sister location - Fall River Inn. Note there is limited front desk times.

It’s a small Motel on the main drag of Burney, so it is what it is. Room was exceptionally clean, staff was considerate due to a late check in. Beds were very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more in a roadside motel. Would definitely stay again.
