Family accommodation in Haselhorst

Great room after assisted with an upgrade at a fair price. Central location with view of the Dom! Pool a blessing at the end of the day. Quality breakfast although very Euro centric.

The breakfast was nice, although a bit busy. The location of the hotel was great.

Club lounge good. Good breakfast and service there. Room good. Location as promised. Good. Service at front desk and spa a little underwhelming. Only one functioning elevator meant longer waits sometimes. €60 euro Spa fee for pool use by my guests, a source of irritation. Didn’t like this nor the way it was handled by the staff. I’d call it an okay 4 star experience. Definitely not 5 star. Value was okay. Probably wouldn’t rush back here, being honest.

I got two twin beds when I booked a queen. The room was clean but plain. Nothing special of my stay but the breakfast was the best part. Overall 3/5
