Attractions and Hotels Near Hasa-ri

If you're a proud carrier of the wanderlust gene (well duh, you're here right?), then you'll want to explore the wider South Jeolla region. Among South Jeolla's stunning natural wonders are its beaches, coastal plains, rivers and mountains. After getting zen in nature, hit up castles. Additionally, if you’ve always wanted to go mountain climbing, hiking and picnicking, you'll have the opportunity to in this corner of South Korea.

High heels or flip-flops? However you like to roll, you're bound to enjoy a trip to Gwangju, 45 kilometres away. With the Chosun University Museum of Art and May 18 Democracy Square to check out, you're not gonna be bored. If you're keen to visit Gwangju, consider the Holiday Inn Gwangju and Ramada Plaza Gwangju. Or, you could consider staying in Mokpo, 50 kilometres to the south of Hasa-ri, where you'll find the Sunshine Motel and Fontana Beach Hotel. If you're staying in Mokpo, make sure you visit Jeollanamdo Agricultural Museum and Hanyeong Cinema Bowling Center.

You'll find some awesome visitor attractions in Jeonju. The Jeonju Zoo, the Sori Arts Center of Jeolla and Miseong Bowling Jang are up there with the best. This regional hub is located 90 kilometres northeast of Hasa-ri and has a population of 700,000. The Hanji Museum and the Jeonju Korean Traditional Wine Museum are a couple more sights that are sure to offer up some photo ops. If you'd like to stay in Jeonju, have a squiz at the current deals at the Dukmanjae and Hongranmiduk.
