Easy check in, clean room and common areas. Loved our room with a porch. Communication was prompt. The whole house and separate party room were wet well kept. Close to several restaurants, shopping, and beach.

It was perfect. It is clean has all the kitchen things you need. We stayed in the fall. Colors were beautiful. The lake looks nice. I am sure it will be a blast in the summer.

Great location and walkable to everything in New Buffalo. Cooler temperatures so we did not use the pool, but we have stayed here many times.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sawyer! Great House with plenty of room and lovely amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed without our having to buy extra of anything. Tim was a great host, supplying extra ping pong balls for the game room, plenty of pool toys and towels, replacing light bulbs as needed, and having every incidental on hand so we didn't have to replace anything. He even went out and bought two DVD players when we told him we wanted to play some videos we had brought. Not THAT'S going above and beyond. The internet TV was great and easy to use too. Aside from our own food, everything was covered. I don't think we've ever stayed in a house that was better stocked with essentials. Would definitely highly recommend the house and the host! Incidentally, there were 15 of us, from age 2 through 76. Something to do for everyone and the pool was perfectly heated to 90 degrees! We used it and the hot tub, a lot!! Thanks Tim, for a wonderful stay! Kudos on a great job hosting.

It was all we had expected and more. Five friends having a getaway; and it was wonderful. The amenities were all over and above in every way. Space, comfort, amenities and location were all top notch. Definitely recommend and if we are ever in area again; will certainly stay there.
