"My only concern was that I used the washer and dryer at the Hotel and the front office staff (a male). Told me to take out clothes that were in the dryer so that I can put mine in instead of doing it himself. On the night before departure I didn’t get his name."

"Very accommodating. Had a handicapped family member who can't climb stairs. When yhe reservation was made we forgot to tell them that.
