Only 3 of the a la carte restaurants open
No a la carte option for breakfast or lunch (not as advertised)
Only 1 bar open at night, the wine cellar and listening bar both closed
Corporate booking on last evening meant the buffet was closed without any communication to guests, hotel offered a gala menu which was really poor (not sure why it was classed as a gala for guests!)
No wine lists at any restaurant or bar
No champagne available as it was last year
No fresh pool towels all week
App bookings did not work
Tennis courts at Elissa not open despite booking coaching there, had to go to helea and play on a multisport area
All feels like a sham, the marketing sells it as an Ikos equivalent but we experienced nothing like it, not sure how it can claim to be 5*
