Up2Stair Home Stay - Central of Hanoi

At the middle of Hanoi Old Quarter. Same image in some movie but so much better in real life !!
I would like to introduce my place with all information and details. Please try to read all the way to the end of the description, including sleeping arrangements, information on the area, getting around and the frequently asked questions. I know it is a bit long but it is well worth it and, from experience, it makes sure you understand everything in detail and ensures you will have the best stay in Hanoi that you can. Anything that you worry and not sure, please do let me know so that I can give the answer to you.
About Up2Stair
• Very spacious loft apartment (about 100 sq m, at last measure - so very BIG for Hanoi Old Quarter ) in the center of the city, modern, minimalist furniture , very open, very clean, and I put a lot of my passion in this house. A Massive space that gets flooded with light via a wall of windows. Just take a look at the pictures. High security. Walking distance to Hang Da Market, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ho Chi Minh Museum, etc. Friendly building and very safe neighborhood.
• Your own PRIVATE bathroom - with Shower, Hairdryer, Towels etc. Fully-stocked. All the shampoo and things you will ever need. Just for you.
• Your own PRIVATE bedroom - Queen Bed for 2, soft pillows for every type of sleeper, linens, towels, wardrobe, Minibar. Again only for you.
• We have bigger room for group, please do let me know during booking so that I can arrange the room for you.
• Common kitchen – Shared kitchen with everything you need to design a gourmet feast, top of the line GE appliances, Microwave, Kettle, stainless steel counter top etc. Make any food you want. Make coffee there in the morning - always available.
• Open VIEW balcony - you access directly from your room. It’s hard to find the house with back and front view in Hanoi – especially in Old Quarter ( you can see the church from front view )
• Full air conditioning / heating in the room and in rest of loft - be hot, be cool (most likely one at a time)
• Of course you will have your own Key. My phone will on 24/7 so please let me know if you need any thing urgent.
• Common area - a very large and comfortable space that you will be free to enjoy as you wish (this is your vacation after all). You will have welcome drinks, travel books, HDTV, coffee maker and more to relax and chat. Up to you. We provide some daily newspaper so that you can catch up the news
• Located in the heart of Downtown - food (some of the best in the city), drink, fun, shopping all very, very close. A very cool residential neighborhood just a short trip to all the action. Perfect location for exploring the Old Quarter - One of the most historic area in Hanoi. We are only a few minutes away from the walkway to Hoan Kiem Lake, Ho Chi Minh Museum, Temple of literature, etc. Food is right at the coner.
