We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We only stayed a couple of nights but the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind from start to finish. We were greeted with a cup of tea and sweet treat during check in which was a lovely touch. The room was a generous size with a lovely bath and shower. The breakfast was excellent with a great buffet as well as a selection of foods that could be made to order. The jacuzzi pool was lovely but be warned it isn’t heated so is a bit chilly in January! We had some drinks as the sunset on the roof one evening and had it to ourselves which was lovey.

We cannot say enough good things about the staff of the hotel. They were so kind and welcoming to us and really made our stay special. The day we left they packed us water and snacks for us and our friends (who stayed at another hotel) to have on our car ride. Highly recommend the Solaria Tesori!!!!

We absolutely love this hotel, the service was excellent from start to finish. They served us a welcome drink and dessert when we arrived and they gave us a lovely gift when we left which I've been using at home. The 2 rooms we booked were very nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing and lots of choices. The location is excellent, we just walk pretty much around the old quarter area. I highly recommend this property.

The room are very good size, modern layout, bathroom are good size too. The front desk staff Hannah is wonderful very pleasant and helpful. When we are leaving early morning and check out for our next destination, before the breakfast opening hours, she packed very nice breakfast for us to take on our long journey by road. We appreciated very much that kind of thoughtfulness. She even gave us souvenirs from the hotel, that surprised us. I would recommend you to stay at Solaria Tesori hotel to experience the 5 stars service and a comfortable stay in Hanoi

We booked one more night to a different room #604 at almost 1/2 the cost of #405 room with no windows and tiny bathroom. Surprisingly #604 is much nicer with outside light window and larger funfional bathroom. Wish we had this room earlier for 4 nights.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good. However, the room we got #405 was not great as there were no windows to see outdoor so no natural lights. The bathroom is tiny and can't close door behind you without moving out of the way, the shower is tiny also with smoke glass wall. The hotel is definitely not 4.5 star! More like a 3 star boutique hotel in very busy old quarter.

This hotel came as a surprise to us despite of its humble façade. The location is so central with walking distance to every thing including Hoan Kiem lake. The rooms are clean with adequate size. Breakfast is great and is something we look forward to every morning. The staff is GREAT, attentive and helpful in booking excursions for us. We left our luggages at the hotel after checking out for days. When coming back to retrieve them, they provided free transportation to take us plus luggage to our airport transit hotel. Liam and Willie tried very hard to accommodate us. Hannah was great along with the entire breakfast team. Cleaning staff did a good job to keep our rooms clean, but needs retraining to be aware that guests do have rights to privacy to refuse cleaning with Do Not Disturb sign at the door. Perhaps she was too eager to do her job and got upset if sign failed to be removed 😁! We found this minor inconvenience is quite forgivable.

The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had booked rooms assuming we had outdoor windows as that is what the pictures looked like, but were surprised to find the windows facing indoor corridors. The staff were very apologetic and we were given some compensation for the inconvenience. The rest of our stay exceeded expectations as breakfast, spa, cleanliness and staff were great.
