Amazing stay! All the staff - from the front desk, spa, lobby, and breakfast - were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room is comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We had a great massage at the spa. The breakfast has many options with Vietnamese, Asian, and western foods - both for the buffet and a la carte options. Hotel is centrally located in the old quarter and walkable to food and main attractions. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi !

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Hanoi old town. Convenient for restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and staff friendly even if the dense nature of the area means the view was that of an escape ladder. We did have a minor issue which was sorted incredibly well and left us satisfied.

The most helpful, friendly and welcoming staff I’ve ever had when travelling. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, helping many times to plan trips, lots of local recommendations! The room was beautiful, pristine clean and has everything you need. Great location for the Old Quarter, only a short walk to the night markets, to train street and many other beautiful spots. We actually booked extra nights here after we were due to check out as we loved it so much. The spa is lovely, massages were great and fantastic value.
