We only stayed the one night before flying out but I would not want to base myself here to visit Hanoi - the neighbours are so loud and the property is pretty grotty

Economy apartment was terrible. Only beds where ok. Floor was dirty. Fridge was leaking. Cupboard was coming off its hinges. Sponge was used from previous guests. Shower was almost over the toilet.

The place is hard to find, there's no lobby, the entrance is in a backstore of a coffee shop. The room was filthy, dirt and grime everywhere you look, I didn't wanna stay, so I booked somewhere else which was very annoying after a long day. The owner was nice and communicative and allowed a refund
