Location is very ideal as it is in the middle of the tourist sites and can just walk through to the sites. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless. Room rates are quite affordable and inclusive of breakfast.

excellent hotel on all fronts. great helpful staff, great breakfast included, amazing bathroom and great rain shower. free tea and coffee in the room very comfortable and soft bed. great locaton, opposite airport bus stop. highly recommend this hotel.

總店離內排機場的站牌很近（第二家也不遠）靠還劍湖不遠又可避掉哪裡的嘈雜價格中間（附近有更便宜的但服務不好如sunflower

너무 좋았습니다. 이 가격에 이런 청결도와 친절함.. 호텔을 떠날 때도 끝까지 마중 나오시고 ㅎㅎ 짐을 들어 주시고 그들의 친절함에 깊이 감동했습니다. 호텔 방도 넓었습니다. 조식은 먹지 않았으나 좋아 보였습니다. 무엇보다도 청결함과 직원들의 친절함.. 다음 여행도 여기로 할 것입니다 ㅎㅎ

룸 컨디션도 좋고 직원들도 친절함. 서비스 및 여행 일정에 필요한 정보를 최선을 다해 제공해주려고 노력함. 다만 일찍자거나 아침에 늦잠을 자려는 분들에게는 밖의 소음이 거슬릴 수 있음. 차 소리가 좀 들리는 편. 식당이 1층으로 많이 좁음. 먹는동안 다음차례서서 기다리시는 분들이 보여서 빨리 먹고 올라감.

직원들 아주 친절하고, 룸컨디션도 아주 좋았습니다. 복도소음이나 아침에 레스토랑에서 툭탁이는 소리가 방음이 잘 되지는 않지만 전체적으로 자는데는 크게 문제되지 않았습니다. 다만, 체크인시 룸에 문제가 있다며 다른 호텔을 제안하더군요. 오버부킹을 의심했습니다. 하노이 호텔중 그런 일이 다반사니까요. 4박 중 2박을 다른 엘피스호텔에서 묵었습니다. 매니저 사이먼이 모두 관리하는 호텔로 룸컨디션좋고, 평점이 9.2?라고 자부하더군요. 호텔검색시 평점이 높다고 다 입맛에 맞지 않다라는걸 알고 있었기에 100%믿지는 않았습니다. 첫날 2박 묵은 호텔은 낡은 시설과 침대상태가 아쉬웠습니다. 나머지 2박은 엘피스 그랜드 킹배드룸에 묵었습니다. 방 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 처음에 이곳을 선택한 이유는 리모델링으로 깨끗하다는 이유 하나였죠. 트윈룸을 예약했으나 트윈주기가 어려웠나봅니다. 돌아오는 날도 보상이라도 해주려는 듯 공항가는 택시를 잡아주더군요. 고맙게 이용했네요. 결론은 엘피스그랜드호텔만 보면 아주 좋습니다. 직원들 모두 아주 친절하구요. 그러나 계획이 어긋나면서 첫날 스케줄이 삐그덕 댔고 원치않는 숙소에서 2박을 보낸 건 그리 유쾌하지 않았습니다.

This accomadation is now running by a new team. The service from Simon's team is excellent, I can not find any bad expreience during my stay. If you do not expected a luxury hardware, but a local price with luxury service. I highly recommend you to stay in here.

掃除が行きとどいており、寝心地の良いベッド、そしてベットリネンもいい香りに包まれ心地いい部屋でした。気になるシャワーの水圧、お湯の出方もよく快適でした。

房間寬敞，乾淨，安靜，員工熱情，早餐樣式不多，但是好吃，唯一的缺點是舊樓改裝，馬桶水管有問題，只要樓上有沖水，馬桶會有噴氣的毛病，聲音非常大聲，其他還不錯！
