The property refused to provide any form of check in details, did not communicate at all, and then refused the option for refund through Expedia. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. We had no choice but to stay in a youth hostel, and lose all the money we paid for the stay in this property. Avoid at all costs.

I recently stayed at a hotel located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location could not have been more convenient, as it allowed me to explore the bustling streets, traditional shops, and local eateries within just a few minutes’ walk. The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, which created a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for both rest and work. Although it wasn’t luxurious, it offered exactly the kind of comfort and functionality that a traveler looks for. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who values a central location and good service at a reasonable price.

No existía el apartamento. Cuando aterrizamos en Hanoi, nos dijeron que el edificio estaba en obras y que nos daban otra alojamiento en el otro lado de la ciudad. Después al acercarnos hasta la ubicación comprobamos que no existía. Lo increíble es que expedía tiene este alojamiento como primera opción cuando buscas en Hanoi!!!!
