The staff was amazing. The property was beautiful and immaculate. It was located about 5 minutes from town, on a marina, close to the bay and beaches. We were in a cottage with a shared porch. The ambience was friendly and homely. There were about 16 cottages so definitely not crowded (a plus). You are responsible for maintaining your cottage. Cleaning service came in once during our six day stay. Crockery and utensils were provided as well as daily muffins and croissants. You can replenish your towels in the office. For someone used to staying in hotels, it was a unique experience. I would return and I highly recommend this property.

Had a beautiful stay! Staff was amazing, rooms extraordinarily clean!!! Loved that. The croissants and muffins for breakfast a great touch. Fruit in the room, even better. Already booked another stay!!!!!

Great Stay Overall

Stayed here for the labor day weekend with my girlfriend and saw that it’s by the beach (5 min drive) so chose this place. Really enjoyed our stay. Spent most of the time either at the beach, or nearby restaurants (there are a lot of great nearby restaurants. However when at the property, the wifi wasn’t connecting properly for some reason. Probably because there were too many people connected. So my girlfriend and I stayed there without any internet. It wasn’t much of a problem since we had LTE. Other than that, great stay and the staff is very nice.

Likes - Property very clean and well kept. Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean. Back grass area very nice to sit and eat/drink. Front patios has table chairs to sit outside. Dislikes - Unit was "overly modern." One bedroom unit very tiny. Small TV in living room. No TV in bedroom. No bathroom counter space. Bedroom hot (no AC or fan). Couch was extremely uncomfortable. No paper towels. Shower never got "hot."

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves during our stay. As my daughter said -- "big fan of the Drake" The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was wonderful. And cant forget about the complimentary muffins delivered to our room each morning :)

Good stay

Was a nice stay. It was a little expensive just for a quick one night stay and no time to enjoy the facilities much however it is summer and prime time. Nice area, WiFi at the waterfront Rooms could be stronger.

Very nice property on a quiet street on the canal. Very clean looked brand new but said a few years old comfortable only thing was no air conditioner in bedroom so that room was a little warm but if you kept bedroom door open some of the cool air got in there. Came with breakfast would definitely stay again
