We have been to this hotels 6 x's.

We love this hotel, staff and all amenities. Wide variety of food, activities and choices of what to do with our time. Each time we come they have made improvements to the facilities itself. Lots of things to do with other people or just your partner. Swimming, tennis, camel riding, parasailing...or just lounging in the many areas on the beach and in around the hotel. Staff so accommodating and helpful. They even provide events outside the hotel if you want to expand your horizons. Love it, and we will be back very soon, and many times more.

It was an amazing holiday. The Hotel room was very clean and tidy with a smell of fresh smell. There is a pool just outside the hotel as well as a beautiful blue sea right next to it. It was definitely a holiday I will NEVER forget

Lovely hotel near to all amenitys in meresga

Hotel was nice and clean animation did thier job with pride the room maid reception and the restaurant staff was all good the food was only passable with very poor selection of sweets only a few cakes and odd bit of fruit. One negitive point there is an odball male cleaner who harrases the young female guests and blocks there way out of the toilet he asks the guests for telephone nos and to add them on facebook my wife was very shaken by this it was reported to reception by my wife and a german guest unfortunally not much action wad taken as the man was still.there after reporting apart from this our stay was enjoyable

Needs updating and more variety in the food.

Food gets boring after 10 days. Not enough variety. When dining room busy was hard to find a clean table to sit at. Rooms do not look like the pictures, very deceiving. Did not get sick so that is good. The saddest part is the garbage everywhere. Pool was very cold, not heated. Indoor pool was warm. No Jacuzzi!

excellent activities

what I liked : good service, excellent and diverse food, a lot of activities to do from 10am to 10pm, free snack and beer even if we were not All Inclusive. what I disliked : we booked a room with one big bed but they gave us a room with two linked single beds, moreover our room was the only one without a bath !! every time we took a shower there was like a flood in the room. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and next time I book this hotel I will specify that I need a room with a BATH. Rating 4/5.
