No closet????!!!!! Absolutely nowhere to hang anything at all! Furthermore, the people in the room directly above us were obnoxiously LOUD until late at night and left the hotel after our second and third complaints.

I was disappointed in the breakfast that was included. Only fruit coffee and tea. Thought there might be muffins at least! I had to ask front desk where breakfast was, where cream/milk, how get to waterfront and room key didn't work on last day!! Didn't have hot water... Maintenance just told me to run water. Only 1 front desk employee (Silvia) was nice and helpful.

I came here for a little getaway to relax, do some swimming and fine dining and just enjoy this beautiful lake view. This properties right off the QEW conveniently located with a beautiful restaurant adjacent to this hotel. The views are spectacular and the property has been nicely renovated. The interior is up-to-date clean beds are comfortable nice white soft towels with little convenient soaps, shampoos conditioner, and body lotion. I will definitely be back.

The area around the hotel was very nice, all the rooms overlooked the marina and faced away from the QEW. The service was great. Our room was a bit dated, but I understand they are renovating some of the rooms.

Had a comfortable 2 night stay. The location is great too! Although the property can do better with the rooms. There is an ants situation which should be looked into- our room was on the ground floor. Not sure if it's the same on all floors. Plus, a microwave in the room will also be great- especially for families with lil kids.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower curtain had holes in it, the shower tap was the wrong way (turn towards cold for hot water), TV channels didn't really work (no signal). It was perfectly fine. Good for a one night stay, but nothing special. Could easily be improved with some small upgrades.

I was given a large room with a King bed in the lower floor. I wasn’t impressed that I had to take my belongings down a flight of stairs. No elevators. The room was very large but this meant that to TV was so far from the bed that it was difficult To watch and not a large TV at all. A large empty space between the TV and the bed but no chair or sofa. An additional area that looks like it used to be a serving area, I guess maybe this room used to be an event room or something. A total waste and not a light to be found in that area. The bed was relatively comfortable and there was a small closet with no door and another large closet area with no doors, no rod to hang anything. Overall a very weird room. Bathroom was clean but very dated. I stayed for an event in the area but would not stay again
