Emperor Cruises ensures your privacy as opposed to other cruises in Halong Bay. With just only 6 cabins to choose from, including 2 Royal Suites located at the front of the boat, you feel right at home on a yacht that is not crowded. The staff is attentive and the experience is a memorable one. The crew needs to work on the food in order to meet more international standards. All in all, a great experience to witness one of wonders of the world. We recommend booking one of the Royal Suites for more privacy and space.

C’était merveilleux! Une croisière de rêve en tout petit comité ( 15 personnes). Service ultra personnalisé. Quelle gentillesse et quel dévouement! Mille mercis et bravo à tout l’équipage. State Suite Hue

Les activités assez limitées... Concernant le spa la brochure annonce que tout est inclus dans le prix de la chambre mais ce n’est pas le cas... Seules 15 minutes sont incluses donc pour un massage d’une heure il faut payer 45 minutes soit $45. En ce qui concerne notre réservation pour une State Suite de 50 mètres carrés avec avec un balcon circulaire et 4 baies vitrées 180 degrés nous avons eu une suite différente et inférieure à la prestation achetée! Nous avons demandé à changer cela nous a été refusé bien que la chambre soit disponible! Le lit était très dur qui grinçait...Bref la prestation ne valait pas le prix élevé! Concernant le retour à notre hôtel nous avons été pris en charge d’office par une autre compagnie qui a déposé en priorité tous ses clients dans les différents hôtels à Hanoï et nous étions donc les derniers ce qui a rallongé notre temps de transport d’une heure et demi !!!
