Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou was absolutely superb, highlighted by their wonderful staff, top-notch facilities, and an incredibly caring management team. From the moment we checked in, the staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine warmth made our experience truly special. The fitness center at the hotel is excellent. It's well-equipped with modern machines and maintained to the highest standards, offering everything needed for a comprehensive workout. The space is clean, spacious, and provides a great environment for both a quick exercise session or an extended workout. Additionally, the integrity and efficiency of the management were clearly demonstrated when we accidentally left behind a watch and headphones in our room. Not only did the hotel management promptly contact us about the forgotten items, but they also arranged a convenient way for us to retrieve them. Wonderful top-notch service and friendliness from the moment we arrived in town, let alone the hotel. Everyone from Kent, Tim, Scarlett, Lucas, Twinkle, Ivan, etc etc, basically the whole staff in every part of this terrific Four Seasons, made for an amazing stay! With the spectacular views from up high, the soothing massages in the Spa, and the very accommodating staff in Catch, Caffe Mondo, the Atrium, etc, we felt more than catered to. Looking forward to our next trip to Guangzhou and our new home-away-from-home! Bravo Team FS Guangzhou!! 👏👏👏
