I really enjoyed my stay at Rosewood San Miguel de Allende. The property is beautiful and I especially appreciated the turn down service and welcome. The pool area was relaxing and clean, and the rooftop bar had great views. It was close to everything in town but also secluded enough that it was very quiet.Thank you!

The property is amazing and we truly enjoyed the excursion to the organic farm and the cooking lesson with a most amazing chef. Service otherwise was very hit and miss. Especially annoying were incidents where staff didn't get back to us and/or insisted on doing things their way which inconvenienced us, e.g. insisting on one check for breakfast when we wanted one check per room.

The place is stunning. However service was bad. During our breakfast we had to stand to look for the waiter because nobody came. Also we aske for the room to be decorated prior to our arrival and they said they “forgot” and later sent us some “complimentary” amenities that we didn’t order but they said they were sending them and then ended up charging us for those “complementary amenities. The food is not that good and the staff are not that friendly. Also the staff there treat Mexicans very poorly and have preference for foreigners. Overall it was a disappointment The only good thing about the place is Luna Rooftop. The service and food there is one of the he’s in San Miguel
